Sean:
Sean leads the M1 cultivation team with a hands-on approach rooted in discipline, cleanliness, and a genuine passion for horticulture.
Ashlee:
Ashlee is the Flower and Harvest Lead who ensures each harvest is completed in an efficient and structured manner. Ashlee also plays a vital role in onboarding and training all new hires, helping set the standard for teamwork, consistency, and productivity within cultivation.
Stephen:
Stephen is the Flower Lead responsible for overseeing plant work, coordinating room loads, and ensuring Flower operations are completed on schedule. His strong interpersonal skills and approachable leadership style make him an excellent communicator who promotes teamwork, accountability, and a positive culture within the department.
Janine:
Janine serves as the Veg Lead, managing all aspects of the mother and clone program with a strong focus on consistency, plant health, and operational excellence. Her exceptional attention to detail, high level of organization, and sharp eye for identifying issues early have made her a highly respected leader and one of the team’s most trusted cultivators.
Kevin:
Kevin is the Veg Lead responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the veg department and ensuring operations stay organized, efficient, and on track. His dependable nature, strong sense of urgency, and consistent work ethic make him a reliable leader who can always be counted on to get the job done.
